		<description>It probably wont hurt, but how will you get that foam all the way down the flag pole?  Don&#039;t drill any holes, as this will weaken the entire pole.</description>

		<description>I will assume a steel or Aluminum pole. Not much I&#039;m afraid. Even filling it with concrete it will still bend some, not so much with concrete but you will still see it.
