I need to find some more specific information in regards to displaying both the American Flag and a state flag on a single pole. My question is in regards to the state flag.

I visited five different “Flag Etiquette” websites, and all I could come up with in regards is that the American Flag should be flown on top.

Should the state flag be the same size as the American Flag, or does it matter if it’s smaller?

December 7th – A Date which will live in History. A day which the immpossible – became Possible. A day where any cause was just.
Planning had gone on for a while now, a secret plan had wispered around the school, orignally thought up by Charlie Mann, who had been in a phrospecy to lead a rebellion. It had been going for years that Charlie Mann, a student with such brains had come up with the 8 Steps to victory:
1. Secure the keys – Kill the caretaker to obtain the keys.
2. Ascend from darkness – Attack and breach the school in the night.
3. Rain Fire – Burn every book or educational resource possible.
4. Unleash the horde – send the students to barricade the entrances with chairs, tables, filing cabinets.
5. Eat skewers – raid the canteen for money and food, it was to be ideally rationed.
6. Weild a fist of Iron – find a weapon.
7. Raise Hell – Go mental, destroy all at free will protecting the computer rooms.
8. Freedom – the school is captured.
December 6th code name "molodoĭ pobedy" (young victory) was initated by Mann and his colleuges and the attack began, the busses were hijacked nearby to the school and hid sufficently until near 8PM, where they were returned and a scout group consisting of Mann and his team searched the school, disabled the CCTV and made sure no teacher was here to avoid resistance.
The plan was initiated. The caretaker killed by the scout team, the keys to every room, safe, cupboard and resource was now at their own disposal. Out of the dark fog you could see hordes of children run in the front car park – torches and rocks flying everywhere, the roar of students claiming the school. Knowing that a large majority of the school smokes, Charlie’s next step worked perfectly – the books went up in flames, hudnres of books were seen flying in the dark.
The terrorist scream from Joe Pearce was heard by many similar to the screaming noise version of "ALULULULULULU!!!" the signal was to barricade the entrances, and at once chairs and tables were flung from 2nd floor buildings, at a glimpse a small year seven was flattened by a table falling at free fall speed. The entrances soon filled up with chairs, tables, filing cabinets – even a bus was parked sideways in the main gate.
The canteen was next – hundreds charged in, depserate for dinner in which they had missed, rations were not even thoghut of, food was snatched, pasta and sandwedges were gobbed and what ever missed their mouths fell on teh floor and in the riot was squished in an instant.
Some students – not sticking to the order of the steps, were already way ahead, ripping metal platings and poles for weapons. Desk legs torn and casualties as expected were low, some students ran riot through the burning chaos of scaffholding and bonfires of books.
Weirdly, it started to rain, the fires refused to douse and in the few moments of silence, Charlie shouted from the canteen "LET’S START A RIOT!" the screams continued and smashed were heard, windows shattered and within an instant the science block caught alight.
The I.T. block from the bottom was burnt, the french classes hated by so many were now in ashes. Some sensible fought the growing fires to protect the upstairs.
Out of nowhere came a large bang, in which temporarily deafened the nearby, the nuclear material inside the science block had reacted, luckily it was not too severe, and the entire science block collapsed, the shock had shattered every window in Lenham. The fires continued into the night…it could probably be seen from space.
Joe looked up and saw the Swadelands flag burn in tatters to the slow gusts of wind, he thoghut to himself before muttering "Borderlands".
